TOWING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AT WINTERPLACE.

• Tenants obtain parking permits through their rental agent. These permits will show the name, unit number, dates and duration of a tenant's stay. The Winterplace Office will not issue parking passes to renters.
• Vehicles that do not have a valid parking pass will be towed from the premises at the owner’s expense.

Allocation of Parking Permits:

• Only rental agencies will issue passes to renters. The maximum number of permits per unit is two (2). Parking permits must be displayed on the front dash of the renter's vehicle.
