At the Owners’ Annual Meeting on March 24, 2007, the ownership voted and approved to amend the Winterplace Declaration Section 5.1 Insurance and Casualty Losses to require all owners to carry hazard insurance (HO6) with a minimum liability of $300,000.

For administrative purposes, a certificate of insurance must be sent to the Winterplace Office. Upon your request, your insurance agent will forward one to us on your behalf. They will need the following information:

It is also highly recommended to have Winterplace listed as an “additionally insured” on your policy as it helps to facilitate settlement in the event of an insurance claim. Most companies will do this at no additional cost to you.
